Our day socialization program offers a safe and loving environment for your furry companions on beautiful Vashon Island.

Together, we strive to foster, rehabilitate, and rehome animals in need, fostering a community of compassion and care. A female owned and operated dog ranch nestled on the Westside of Vashon Island, Washington. Turning Points is a place where well socialized dogs can rest and play together in a safe and secure environment. The foster program allows dogs the time, space, love and training needed for re-homing our rescues.
My love of rescue dogs started early at the age of just six. My dad’s love of rescue dogs instilled a sense of deep empathy for them. I have spent many decades adopting rescues, fostering, finding homes for them and transporting them to their forever homes.
While loving my life long teaching career, I decided to put everything I had into finding a space where dogs can thrive, whether for the day, or staying at the ranch until they can find their forever family. I am honored and privileged to partner with Vashon Island Pet Protectors. I have worked with also Sayulitanimals since 2017 and will continue to work in collaboration with them.
